Legit 6/5 for food, service and atmosphere. Grabbed my second pie from Taso's today and the whole experience was phenomenal. Called in a pickup order on my way into Peterborough, got talked into trying the Bronx. Told them I had previously tried the Buffalo and was working through their menu one pizza at a time. After a speedy payment process, she whips out a menu and starts ranking what is the most popular, staff favourites, her personal recommendations. Got to trade like a minute of pizza related banter, awesome. I'll get to the food in a second - the interior of this place is so cozy and funky and clean. They have a sign on the door that says "sorry, we're open" - I love that. I gotta get in here for dinner I bet it's even better. Pizza perfection. Crust just a little burnt, tonnes of cheese and pepperoni. Somehow it's literally packed with toppings / seasoning and yet isn't super greasy. The bottom is crunchy yet fluffy, crust had some serious pull / chew to it. (this is the part of the review where I went and grabbed a leftover piece I made myself so hungry!) Can't stress how worthy this place is of your business. Such an amazing addition to the Corners. See you soon Taso!
Absolutely amazing food and service! Been many times over the years including the old location on George. The food is top class no matter what dish you order. I am partial to delicious Greek food and theirs is second to none. Used them as well for catering events and every time there has been no issue with delivery, or food items. Always we'll presented and excellent quality!
I love this place! It's a bit out of the way now since it left George St, but still worth the drive! I always get the lasagna and the portions are HUGE! I'm still eating the lasagna 3 days after. Delicious. The restaurant itself is very cute too and the staff are nice. Definitely recommend making a reservation if you know you want to come here though because seating is very limited.
Food was really good. Lots of flavour. Huge serving sizes for the price. Small and busy restaurant, but didn't wait long. Gluten-friendly options - appy, buns, salad. All clearly maklrked on menu.
I was the silly one that forgot to make a reservation for my ladies night. We were following our little foodie hearts to this restaurant. The place was packed but nonetheless, the waitresses made it happen for us by seating us at the beautiful bar top. It was cozy and we enjoyed it. We apparently needed all the carbs in our life and some drinks to enjoy our evening. The staff was fast, attentive and friendly. They offered suggestions and they were very considerate of one another. The food was delicious and filling. I am thankful to be able to bring home leftovers for my lunch tomorrow! Thank you again. We will be coming back!
First time trying, heard so many wonderful reviews and knew it was a happening location. We had the best service, food was so delicious and large portions, cute little location. I would recommend this place over and over & will also be back to try takeout. Great food location in Peterborough at Fowlers Corners. Stop by you won’t be disappointed.
First time visiting Taso’s restaurant and have to say delicious! The chicken parmigiana sandwich was phenomenal, the fries were crisp and flavourful. Also tried the Chicken Caesar wrap which was huge in size and great as well. Dessert - butter tart omg is all I have to say - tend to always order pecans in my tarts but they were so fresh it was well worth it. Myself and husband will definitely be back for in person dining. Thanks again for the awesome food and service Taso and team.
Cute local spot for amazing pizzas and more. We absolutely loved everything we ordered. We shared the Dip Trio it was incredible. Fresh and grilled pita. Every ingredient was so fresh it made such a big difference in all of their flavours. We ordered the House Calzone and the Veggie pizza as well (4 people). The portions are so big we had left overs for another meal or so afterwards 100% recommend and I will be going back every time I'm around Peterborough.
